TARC (Transitional Adult Residential Care, LLC) has a mission to provide experiences to each individual so that they will have the opportunity to live a rich and fulfilling life in the community.

Admission criteria:

• Individuals must meet MR guidelines under MR community waiver
• Willingness to participate in Community day programs

Individualized designed programs to meet individual need such as:

• Training to enable individuals to acquire, improve and maintain functional skills and health status to live in the community
• Emphasis on a personal centered approach that empowers and supports each person in his/her lifestyle
